Patala Flow Yoga

 

 

Namaste.

 My lessons are held every Weds Evening 6 - 7 pm.  Yoga is for everyone, and no, you do not have to be flexible, we all start from the beginning.  I teach Ashtanga Mysore Yoga, and at the end of every month I teach Restorative Yoga which goes down a storm.  Bring your blankets, pillows, cushions and eye pillows - this session is based on relaxation.  Once relaxed the body adjusts allowing a deeper stretch.

I graduated with 200hr Teacher Training in India, Goa. Under the tuition of Yogacharya Lalit Kumar and his staff. I studied Yoga Asana, Yoga Asana Adjustments, Philosophy, Physiology, Mantra Chanting, Chakras, Anatomy, Ayurveda, Mudras, Pranayama and Meditation. I love teaching Ashtanga Mysore Yoga. I am qualified in teaching Yo-Chi, which is a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Seasonal Yoga for children and adults. I am also qualified to teach Yoga for Menopause. I am currently studying for further 300hr Teacher Training (specializing in Trauma Yoga – Panic Attacks and Anxiety) in India, in two weeks time!!. Resulting in 580hr Teacher Training.   I am also a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals and Menopause for Yoga Directory.
